This page (together with our Privacy Policy) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which you use any of the services (Services) on our website and app (our site) and on which we sell any of the products (Products) available through our site to you.
These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that in placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.
We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.
1. Information About Us
1.1 We operate the website https://zewstudio.com under the trading name Zew Studio. The business is operated by Szymon Padlewski as a sole trader, located in London, United Kingdom.
1.2 For the purposes of these Terms, references to "Zew Studio", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Szymon Padlewski trading as Zew Studio.

- If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to us in your order.
2. Refunds and Returns
2.1 We do not accept returns for custom prints due to the highly personalised nature of our products.
2.2 If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your custom print, please contact us at contact@zewstudio.com. We will endeavour to provide a partial or full refund based on evidence of printing defects or damage during shipping.
2.3 Orders returned to Zew Studio or our distributors due to shipping partner errors must be confirmed before we can process a redelivery or refund. This verification process may take up to 30 days, after which we will consider the order either lost or not returned.
2.4 All refunds and order reissues are at the sole discretion of Zew Studio and our distributors.
3. Our Products
3.1 We offer two types of Products: (a) digital poster files delivered electronically, and (b) physical printed posters (including framed options) shipped to your address. All Products are custom-made based on your personal activity data and design choices.
3.2 Physical Products (prints and framed posters) are printed and fulfilled by our third-party print partner, Prodigi. Prodigi handles the printing, packaging, and shipping of all physical orders on our behalf. By placing an order for a physical Product, you acknowledge that your shipping details (name, address, email, and phone number) will be shared with Prodigi for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3.3 The example images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
3.4 Our Products are bespoke and whilst many component parts of our Products are standard, all Products available for purchase are described on their specific design page on our site. We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible in our Products.
3.5 We have a policy of continuous Product development so that we can provide you with what we consider the best design combined with best performance, and thus reserve the right to amend the specifications of Products, their price and packaging without prior notice. Before ordering, we thus invite you to have a close look at the Product description and design.
3.6 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
4. Use of Our Site
4.1 Your use of our site is subject to these Terms. By using our site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site.
4.2 You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
5. Order Process and Contract Formation
5.1 When you place an order through our site, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
5.2 A binding contract between us is formed when we accept your order. For physical Products, acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and begin the production process. For digital Products, acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and make the digital file available for download.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
5.4 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but is an acknowledgement that we have received it.
6. Delivery
6.1 Digital Products: Digital poster files will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide. Delivery of digital Products is typically within 24 hours of order confirmation, though in some cases it may take longer.
6.2 Physical Products: Physical prints and framed posters are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days for standard UK shipping from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6.3 Risk in physical Products passes to you on delivery (i.e. when the Products are delivered to the address you provided during checkout).
6.4 If delivery of a physical Product fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.
6.5 We currently ship physical Products to the United Kingdom only. We plan to expand to the European Union in the future and will update these Terms accordingly.
7. Your Personal Information
7.1 We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
7.2 You warrant to us that you are the owner of any personal information and any data that you send to us whether this is for inclusion in our Products or not and you indemnify us for any third party claims arising out of our use of personal information and data supplied to us by you in fulfilment of your order for our Products. You warrant to us that you have the right to use the data that you access through strava.com for the purpose of producing a Zew Studio Product.
7.3 We accept no liability where you do not have permission to use any data that you access through strava.com for the purpose of producing a Zew Studio Product. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of use and access to any information accessed on strava.com before using our site.
8. Payment and Pricing
8.1 All prices displayed on our site are the total amount you pay. Where we are required to charge VAT, it is included in the displayed price. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
8.2 We use Stripe to process all payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.
8.3 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
9. Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights
9.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, the following exceptions apply to our Products:
9.2 Custom/Bespoke Products: Our physical printed posters are made to your personal specification using your own activity data and design choices. As bespoke products, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled.
9.3 Digital Content: By purchasing a digital poster file and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has been made available to you, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9.4 These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in the event that Products are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. See section 2 (Refunds and Returns) for further details.
10. Digital Products
10.1 Digital poster files are delivered electronically to the email address you provide during checkout. Once available for download, the digital file is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
10.2 You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make available the digital file to any third party. You may print the digital file for your own personal use.
10.3 We do not offer refunds on digital Products once the download link has been made available to you, except where the Product is faulty or not as described.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zew Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
11.3 Map data is provided by Mapbox. Mapbox and the Mapbox logo are trademarks of Mapbox, Inc.
11.4 Strava and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Zew Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
12.3 Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our site or Products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, third-party fulfilment delays, postal or courier service failures, government actions, or internet or telecommunications failures.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.3 If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
